Cancellation Policy

Cancelled walks and drop-in visits will be handled as follows:

• Cancellations prior to the appointment date will incur no charge.  Cancellations  on the appointment date will incur a fee of 25% of the quoted cost.

Cancelled petsitting sessions will incur charges according to the schedule below:

• Cancellations more than 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment will incur no cancellation fees.
• Cancellations 1 to 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the quoted cost.
• Cancellations within 1 week of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted cost.
